We seem to be inching closer to getting Jay Electronica’s Roc Nation debut album, Act II: The Patents Of Nobility (The Turn). The New Orleans rapper announced last month that the project was finished. Jay didn’t give a release date but 2DopeBoyz got their hands on artwork for the project that was done by FWMJ prior to Jay signing his Roc Nation deal.
